  1. as neededLeft over roti's, cut into small noodles shape
  2. 1 cupThin slices of veggies, capsicum, onions, cabbage and carrots
  3. to tasteSchezwan chutney

Steps

    Cut roti into thin slices

    Take chopped veggies cut in thin slices, onions, carrot, cabbage and capsicum

    We need just one ingredient

    Schezwan chutney

    Take a pan and saute on a high flame with one tbsp of oil

    After veggies get little cooked add Schezuvan chutney or sauce

    Mix roti noodles and veggies

    Toss them gently

    It take very less time hardly 10 mnts for cooking

    Tip is if you can add egg it will taste more good.. feedback from my family was it came good
