Soak saffron in 1-2 tbsn milk and keep aside

Heat ghee in a deep pan add broken sawaiya and roast it for 2-3 minutes on low flame

Add cjoped pista roast it again low flame for 2 minutes

Add milk bring it boil then add sugar again boil it till sewaiya cooks proplyand milk mixer become thicker

Add cardamon powder soaked saffron and mix well cook 2 minite

Sawaiya kheer is ready
