Steps

Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.

Take 2 round cutter of different sizes, using the bigger cut all the bread slices.

Now take smaller cutter and cut half quantity of round bread slices and make a ring.

Heat a pan add butter, add onions, garlic saute 2 to 3 minutes, add capsicum, carrot, corn, tomato and saute it.

Lastly add paneer, salt,pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and mix it well.

Remove it from fire and let it cool down.

Add coriander & cheese spread and mix it well.

Take a bigger round and spread the butter over it, place a ring over it, press it lightly from all the edges so that it sticks easily. Disc is ready.

Take 2 tbsp of mixture and fill it in the centre of ring. Repeat the process for all the discs and keep aside.

Apply some oil or butter on the edges of the ring.

Bake it in the pre heated oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with ketchup.
