It's a much-liked delicacy Especially in summers when mangoes r on high demand.
Steps

Take chilled malai in a bowl and beat it till fluffy and light.

Add milk in milk powder to make smooth paste.add this padte to malai.

Add mango puree, vanilla essence, powder sugar,coconut,dry fruits leaving behind some to garnish.

Mix everything nicely and gently.now pour this mixture in matka cups and tap them little to set it.

Add left dry fruits on it and cover it with aluminium foil or clean plastic wrap and secure it with rubber band.

Keep the cups in deep freezer for 8to 10 hrs or till it sets completely.after that it's ready to serve chilled.
