Steps

Soak Urad dal and rice for min 4 to 5 hrs and blend smoothly

Pressure cook chana dal

Mash add jaggery and cook on low flame till it becomes thick consistency to make small ladoo shape

Add cardamom powder and make small balls and keep aside

Take the batter thicker than dosa consistency, it shoud bind properly

Heat the pan add oil and dip a ball shape made of chana dal and circle with fingers and see the layer is covered neatly and slowly dip in the oil

Be careful with the process

Fry both sides in a medium flame till it becomes nice golden crispy

Serve hot with ghee..

Put a hole with finger in middle of the dumpling pour ghee and serve... It's absolutely Soulful food.
