Take a pan and add milk let it boil and reduce for 1/2 quantity. Now take a another pan and add 1/2 glass of water and add sugar and make 1 string syrup. Now take 2 tbs ghee make it hot now put this ghee in a plate take a ice cube rub this ice cube in hot ghee you have to rub till the ghee will change like a gel now mix maida slowly slowly and add water also slowly slowly make sure no lumps and a liquid in pouring constancy now take a another pan for frying

If you have ghaver ring good otherwise take a small pan for frying add ghee in pan let it hot very well when you see oil hot very well then put the ghaver batter in the pan slowly slowly and carefully oil can come out from the pan so add slowly and small small quantity flame should be full when colour is golden brown bring it out now first put sugar syrup now that rabri that we made with milk decorate with chopped dry fruits
