Add 100 ml clod water to the rice flour to form a paste

Heat the milk, sugar to it, and boil the milk for 5 mins.

Gradually add the.rice paste to the milk stirring till it thickens to a creamy consistency.

Remove form the flame, add essence, pour into individual dishes, and sprinkle almonds and crushed cardamom.

Decorate with silver leaves and serve hot.
