Fry SEMIA till golden brown in ghee

Meanwhile heat the milk till boiling

Add the boiling milk to roasted semia

Boil till the SEMIA is tender

Add roasted dry fruits and put off the flame

After it is little bit cool add the sugar and mix

It will become bit liquidy

Add cardamum powder. Dish out and garnish

Serve hot or cold
