Kuku fry pumpkin leaves and ugali #ramadhancontest

Boil your kuku until soft then add salt and allow it boil with it

Fry it in a shallow pan then remove the fried pieces from the pan

Put oil in another pan and add the diced onions. Allow them to cook until they turn brown

Add the already cut onions then add garlic,corriander and pepper. Cover the pan and wait until the tomatoes are soft then stir into a paste

Add the fried pieces of kuku and stir so the mixture evenly spreads on the kuku
- 6
Serve hot with your favourite vegetables and carbohydrates.
