Steps

Soak the flour adding curd and water for 3 to 4 hours.

Add salt,ggc paste,soda bi carb,and water only if required.

Steam for 15 mins on high flame and 5 mins on slow flame.

Let it cool a little and cut into pieces.

Temper by heating oil adding mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Sprinkle some aachar masala.
- 7
Serve with chutney,grated coconut and coriander leaves.
