Ingredients

2 serving
  • 2 cupdry abacha
  • 3big garden egg
  • 2 tablespooncrayfish ground
  • 3scotch bonnet pepper blended
  • 1/2onion bulb chopped
  • 2knorr cube
  • 1/2 cupakpaka
  • Little garden egg leaf sliced
  • 3 tablespoonpalm oil
  • 1/2 cupboiled kpomo
  • to tasteSalt

    Soak Abacha in a warm water for 5min.Then wash the abacha with salt the drain water in basket.

  2. 2

    Put dry pan on heat, add palm oil, onions, pepper, crayfish and stir.

  3. 3

    When its 1 min add abacha, knorr,akpaka, kpomo and stir everything together for them to blend.

  4. 4

    Allow it for 3min more. Turn off heat.Serve Abacha in a plate, wash garden egg and cube inside the plate along with the leaf.
