Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt,Asafoetida,turmeric, red chilli powder, chopped coriander and mix this like a pakoda batter.

Now take a non stick pan.

Add oil in a pan and pour the besan batter into the pan.

Now cook the chilla from both sides.

Now on the top like dosa sprinkle some grated paneer, chopped tomatoes coriander,chopped capsicum,coriander leaves, chaat masaala on top and roll like a dosa..

Then cut into pieces...serve this with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.😊
