Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  1. 200 gramsrefined flour
  2. 100 gramghee
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  5. 1/2 teaspooncarom seeds
  6. For brushingOil
  7. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  8. 8moong daal pakodis
  9. 4 tablespoonscurd
  10. 2 tablespoonsgreen chutney
  11. 2 tablespoonstamarind jaggery saunth
  12. 1onion
  13. 1tomato
  14. 2green chillies
  15. 1lime juice

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take flour on a pot

  2. 2

    Add ghee,salt and carom seeds in flour

  3. 3

    Make a tight dough adding water

  4. 4

    Keep for rest for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Now brush oil on tart shells

  6. 6

    Roll the dough and fill in tart shells

  7. 7

    Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius

  8. 8

    Now fill in pakodis

  9. 9

    Add curd,chutney and saunth

  10. 10

    Add boiled chickpeas

  11. 11

    Add chopped tomatoes, onion,green chillies

  12. 12

    Add chaat masala and lime juice

  13. 13

    Serve instantly
