  • 1/2peas boiled
  • 1 cuppaste of ginger onion garlic,tomato
  • 1 tablespoonCashew raisins paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededbutter

    Heat butter and saute mushrooms and peas

  2. 2

    Add masala paste and mix well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add the cashew-raisins paste and red chilli Powder

  4. 4

    Finally add sugar and garam masala powder
