Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 100 grambhindi
  • 1/4pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoonfive spices
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the bhindi and pumpkin into cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables and saute well

  4. 4

    Cover it till it become soft

  5. 5

    Remove cover add salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Fry on high heat

  7. 7

    Add sugar and mix well

  8. 8

    Serve it with plain rice and daal
