Ingredients

  1. 3medium cassavas, peeled and finely chopped
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. 2 litreswater to extract the milk from the coconut
  4. 2coconuts, milked with hot water

    After extract the coconut milk, pour the milk of the coconut into the pot

  2. 2

    Add chopped cassava and a pinch of salt bring to boil in a medium heat

  3. 3

    When soft stir or mash with a spoon and serve
