Soak soya granules in boiled water for 10 minutes and drain the excess water.

Heat the oil and 1/4 tsp cumin seeds when crackle add onion when little brown add curry leaves, ginger garlic and sauté well

Add tomatoes and all dry spices and sauté till the oil separate now add soya granules and green peas and mix well
- 4
Sprinkle little water and keep on a slow heat till done
- 5
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli
- 6
Enjoy with roti, chapattis or prantha
