Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpasta
  2. 1mango
  3. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  4. as neededMango essence
  5. 1Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta in water with salt and oil

  2. 2

    Heat the double cream on gas

  3. 3

    When it comes to boil add one pureed mango pulp

  4. 4

    Now cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes or till comes to thick consistency

  5. 5

    Cool it and add lemon juice and mango essence to it.

  6. 6

    Mix pasta nicely after cooling and serve it chilled
