Dough...take the flour add oil and salt mix well till it bind then add water make little tight dough

Stuffing... take sattu add ajawain half of the chopped onion,3 chopped green chillies,3 chopped garlic,aachar masala 2 tbsp sarso oil (u can use the aachar ka oil it will better)salt mix well till it bind little...now make some balls of the dough now stuff the sattu madala in the balls just like we stuff for aaloo paratha stuffing should be in good quantity seal it well...now hear kadhai aur any thick bottom pan after heating up put the falme on sim put the stuffed balls in kadhai....

Change the sides frequantly cook approx 30 mints till it cook nicely...heat the ghee in another pan dip all the litties in to the ghee

Chokha... take the roasted bengan and tomatoes (u cn roast them in gas stove)mash them well add chopped ginger rest of the chilli,onion,garlic Coriander,sarso oil & salt mix well your chokha is ready...it is very good recepie for tiffin
