Ingredients

  • 300 gmswings
  • 1/4 cuphot sauce
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 2 clovesgarlic crushed
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsugar
  • to tasteSalt n pepper
  • 2 tspcorn flour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all the items except the ketchup and hot sauce

  2. 2

    Let sit for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Fry in shallow oil, on low temp once browned remove from heat

  4. 4

    Heat oil hot and double fry the wings till crispy

  5. 5

    Mix in a bowl the cooked wings with the sauces

  6. 6

    Serve hot with fresh coriander
