Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1Bottle gourd peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/4pumpkin cubed
  • 1 handfulvadis or lentil dumplings
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspcelery seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • 1/4 cuproasted moong daal
  • As neededoil
  • As neededcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper celery seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add vadis and fry well

  3. 3

    Add gourd and pumpkin stir well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and saute adding the fried moong daal

  5. 5

    Now cover it till the vegetables get cooked

  6. 6

    Add vadis and sugar as the moisture dries up

  7. 7

    Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix well
