Wash the host meats properly. Season with finely grinded ginger, chopped onions, garlic, 1 stock cube, grinded pepper and cook till the water is about to dry up.

Now, you can add water and continue to cook till the meat is almost tender.

Wash and peel the plantains, cut into 3 and add to the cooking meats...add the grinded peppers, pepper soup spices, black pepper and throw in the uyayak stick and allow to cook for 10 mins...taste for salt crumble the remain stock cube over it, add the scent leaves..

The plantain makes the soup a little bit thick. Allow to simmer on low heat for a minute...
