2medium tomatoes
1 tbspoil.
30 mlsmunyu

Remove kunde from the stalks. Wash and put to boil.boil with munyu to soften the mrenda.

In a separate pan, fry the onion and tomatoes. Add in salt.

Then add in the boiled mrenda. Then add in milk. Cook for 3 minutes then serve.best with Ugali.
