Steps
- 1
Wash Dawa to remove dirty and soak in water for at least 2 hours for easier and smoother grinding.
- 2
Wash sweet potatoes, germinated rice and ginger.
- 3
Peel sweet potatoes and pound together with ginger and germinated rice and put in a separate bowl.
- 4
Grind guinea corn separately from the mixture of ginger, germinated rice and sweet potatoes.
- 5
Put clean water in a pot and cook till its well boiled.
- 6
Add small quality of cold water with the grinded guinea corn paste and stir.
- 7
Then add the boiled water and stir for sometime before adding the mixture of grinded sweet potatoes, germinated rice and ginger.
- 8
Stir till the thick paste becomes light.
