Soak chana dal for 5 hours

Boil water add oil salt and drop rice flour slowly stir continuously make a dough

Keep aside now in a jar add chana dal heeng jeera fennel seeds coriander seeds salt and make a coarse paste don't add water

Take rice flour dough smooth it and make pedas roll it with a rolling pin

Stuff chana dal filling

Close like a gujhiya

Now steam for 10 mints

Remove from pan and serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
