Ingredients

  1. 1 cup jackfruit pulp
  2. 3 cupWheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupCurd
  4. Coconut oil to deep fry
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspAjwain

Steps

6 hrs 30 minute
  1. 1

    Cut ripe jackfruit, clean the bulbs by removing seeds and unnecessary things.

    Blend smoothly 10 bulbs.

    Seive whole wheat flour.

  4. 4

    In a pan combine jackfruit pulp, wheat flour.

    Add curd, ajwain and salt to taste.

    Knead like chapati dough by adding 4-5 tsp of coconut oil.

    Mix well and knead well.

    Cover and keep aside for 5 hours minimum.

    Make lemon sized balls out of dough.

    Take roti sheet apply some oil, and take one after another dough balls press them, keep separately aside.

    Fry one by one in hot oil, flip and fry.

    Remove on kitchen towel and serve in hot with chutney.
