Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 1/2 Cupmilk
  4. 6 slicesbread
  5. 6 tablespoonsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the eggs in a mixing bowl, mix in the salt and milk

  2. 2

    Melt butter in a skillet, over medium heat

  3. 3

    Dip a bread slice in the egg mixture on both sides, do not soak

  4. 4

    Cook - shallow fry till golden brown, use a spatula to turn the bread to the other side and serve on a platter
