Prawns in coconut mustard gravy

Steps

Clean and de-vein prawns.Marinate for 15 minutes with little salt and haldi.

Scrape coconut.Make a paste of mustard with little salt,curd and 2 green chillies.

Take a microsafe bowl and mix the ground paste with coconut and mustard oil.Add the prawns, few broken green chillies and little haldi and red chilli powder, tomato puree and little water.Microwave high power for 2 minutes toss and again microwave 2 minutes.

Another option is to put the prawns with masalas in a tiffin box and pressure cook 2 pressures or steam in an open pan for 8 minutes.Serve with a plate of rice.
