Ingredients

  • 150 gmtomato gravy
  • 30 gmKabuli channa (chic pea)
  • 5 gmCoriander leaves
  • 5 gmGreen chill
  • 3 gmDeiced tomato
  • 25 gmGinger garlic chopped
  • 5 gmOnion chopped masala
  • 75 gmpotato
  • 5 gmcream
  • 5 gmLemon juice
  • 5 gmghee
  • 2 gmSalt to tast
  • garnish
  • 5 gmsprig coriander
  • 3 gmpistachio powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Shoc kabuli chana overnight boil next day and keep a side

  2. 2

    Heat ghee ina fry pan and saute ginger garlic paste with chopped onion masala, chopped green chilli stir fry for a minituies on high heat

  3. 3

    Now add boiled channa and potato and stir fry for a minituies on high heat

  4. 4

    And now add red gravy,lemon juice salt to taste stir fry for a minituies on high heat

  5. 5

    Now add chopped coriander and diced tomato and finesh the dish

  6. 6

    Ready to serve hot

  7. 7

    Garnish with spring of corinder and julian ginger
