Steps

In a pressure cooker take oil. Then add green chilli paste and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 min.

Add chopped Brinjal and chopped potato to it.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder, garam masala and salt to it. Saute for 1 min.

Add chopped tomato to it. Cook for 5 mins.

Add required water and cook till 4 - 5 whistle.

Garnish with coriander.
