Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1small bowl Oats
  • 1/3 cupCapsicum chopped
  • 1/3 cupOnion chopped
  • 1/3 cupCabbage chopped
  • 1/3 cupAmerican corn
  • 1/3 cupTomato chopped
  • 1/3 cupCarrot chopped
  • 2 tspGreen chillies chopped
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 1/2 bowlsWater
  • 1 tspGhee
  • 1 tspJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast 1 bowl oats.

    In a kadhai pour ghee. Heat. Add jeera. Let it splutter.

  3. 3

    Add onion. Stir fry. Add vegies. Fry for 3 to 4 min. Add oats. Salt and turmeric powder.

  4. 4

    Add water. Let it boil. After one boil cook on medium flame and cover it. When water reduces close flame.

    Let it remain in steam for 5 min.
    Garnish with coriander leaves.
    Enjoy healthy masala oats😊
