I prepared masala oats for the first time and they were really yummy.
Oats are good for our health.
We can eat them in many forms.

Steps

Dry roast 1 bowl oats.

In a kadhai pour ghee. Heat. Add jeera. Let it splutter.

Add onion. Stir fry. Add vegies. Fry for 3 to 4 min. Add oats. Salt and turmeric powder.

Add water. Let it boil. After one boil cook on medium flame and cover it. When water reduces close flame.

Let it remain in steam for 5 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy healthy masala oats😊
