  • 1 BowlMacaroni boiled
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • As neededGhee
  • 1Green chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a kadhai.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions. Saute for 2min

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes. Saute for 2min more

  4. 4

    Add spices

  5. 5

    Add macaroni and mix well

  6. 6

    Add little water if needed

  7. 7

    Ready to serve with sauce
