Ingredients

  • 4Bread slices
  • as neededAmul butter
  • 2Boiled potatoes
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 2Green chillies chopped
  • 1/3 tspSalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1/3 tspamchur powder
  • HandfulCoriander leaves chopped
  • 8-10Mint leaves chopped (Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes.

  2. 2

    Peel and mashed potatoes.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and rest all ingredients except butter to mashed potatoes. Mix well.

    Now take bread slices. Apply a little butter and the potatoes masala on 2 slices. Cover with other 2 slices.

    Apply butter on outer side of sandwich and grill.
