  • 2Onion finely chopped -
  • 2-3 tbspGinger - roughly chooped
  • 15-16 clovesGarlic -
  • 10-12Green chilli -
  • as neededCoriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil to fry

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Wash and soak dal for overnight or 4-5 hours before you make

    Drain the water completely

    In jar add dal,green chilli,garlic,ginger and coriander

    Grind nicely

    Make smooth paste like this

    Keep in the fridge for half hour

  7. 7

    When you make than you add finely chopped onion and salt.

    Now deep fry.

    Mangodi is ready to eat.

    Serve with mint chutney,imli chutney or tomato sauce 😍😍
