1 cupsamaj
2potato diced
1brinjal diced
2tomato finely chopped
to tasteSalt and red chilli
4 cupwater
As neededoil

Take a pressure cooker, add oil add potato, tomato, brinjal, salt, red chilli powder and water.

When water boil add samak after wash.

Cover with with tight lid and cook it for 3-3 whistle.

Remove the lid and serve hot.
