Heat a pressure cooker. Add 2-3 litres water. Add chopped tomatoes, washed tamarind, salt and turmeric and broken whole red chillies

Wash and coarsely crush the coriander and mint sticks and garlic cloves and 1 tsp mustard and 1 tsp cumin and add it to the pressure cooker

Pressure cook all the above things for 1-2 whistles and let it cool itself

Now mash up everything with a clean hand in the cooker itself

Now strain it with a soup strainer
- 6
Now temper it with a little oil, mustard and cumin and hing and curry leaves and pepper powder. Mix well and add a little of jaggery or sugar (optional) and serve
