Dahi kabab receipe I'm sharing is the Traditional method,which uses Gram flour as the binding agent.It is easy to make. #Monsoon delight
Steps

Keep a stainer on the top of a deep bowl.

Line a Muslin.

Add 200 ml Fresh curd.

Bring the edges of the Muslin together & place to to drain the whey.

Next day,the whey will be drained and there will be thick and creamy hung curd.

Now remove the hung curd in a mixing bowl.

Heat a heavy pan.add 3 tbsp Gram flour.Roast till it becomes aromat & changes colour.

Keep ready.

Now add onion, Corrinder leaves, curry leaves, green chillies,Jeera, Termeric,salt.

Mix well.

Heat pan,add oil.take small portion of kabab mixture then flatten it.

Let them become golden from both side.

Platting time!!!

Serve with sauce.
