Papite ka Halwa
A Halwa delight of low calorie but good for health

Peel and dice cut the papita.Clear away the seeds.

Grate the carrot finely

Put the grated carrot and diced papita into a blender and blend into a thick puree.

Heat the ghee in a big frying pan and add bay leaf and cardamoms.

When start smelling and change colour pour in the blended puree.

Stir continually adding sugar.Let the mixture turn into a smooth thick paste.

Gradually add and mix more ghee and when the puree is done remove from the flame.

Top up with dry fruit and serve hot/chilled as per taste.
