Steps

Turn on the flame,heat a pan on medium flame.

Once the pan is heated add ghee and let it melt a bit.

Add wheat flour and keep stirring. Mix the flour with ghee properly.

Roast the flour for 8-10 minutes on low - medium flame keep stirring.

Once the flourstart turning brown,reduce the flame to low. Flour is roasted now add sugar.

Increase the flame to high and add water immediately, keep stirring.

I have used 1,cup boiled milk for 1cup of flour.

Reduce the flame to low medium and cook it for 3-4 min.,keep stirring to avoid lumps.

Add cardamon powder mix it well and cook it for a minutes.

Turn off the flame. add dry fruits,mix it well.

Halwa is ready.

Garnish it with dry fruits.
