  2. 4 cupsalmond milk
  3. 2 tablespoonsvanilla
  4. 2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  5. 1/2 tablespoonground flaxseed, ground fenugeek
  6. 1/2 cupdried cranberries
  7. Nuts, optional

Cooking Instructions
