This is a super tasty snack that really satisfies your hunger and wakes up your taste buds. I chose the simplest way to make it—whenever you want to eat, it only takes a few minutes. Perfect for snacking while watching a game!

Prepare the chili garlic satay sauce.

Make the pork floss.

Make the chili sauce.

Chop the green onions, add a pinch of salt, heat the vegetable oil, and pour it over the onions to make scallion oil.

Flatten the baguette, heat a nonstick skillet (no oil), and toast both sides until golden and crispy. Remove, brush with satay sauce, and grill again until fragrant and crispy. Take out, brush with scallion oil, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Top with pork floss and thinly sliced Vietnamese pork sausage. You can also add other toppings you like, such as sausage or egg. When serving, drizzle with chili sauce and mayonnaise. Absolutely delicious!

Arrange the pieces back into the shape of a whole baguette for a nice presentation.
