Take a bowl and add potatoes and paneer.add spices and onion. Mix well. Add green chilli and ginger. Add rice flour. Knead the mixture.

Knead to make a smooth dough. Allow to rest for 5min.

Apply oil on palms. Take a small portion out of it and make rolls.Roll them in bread crumbs.

Put rolls in refrigerator to set for 5-10min

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry them till golden brown

Take them out and put on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

In the same hot oil fry noodles by putting them on seive and pressing in between to make the shape of nest.before frying sprinkle some salt and chaat masala on nest.

When they change colour take them out.

Serve hot in a plate by placing noodles nest and paneer Rolls in the nests.

Serve with coriander chutney and tomato ketchup
