1 cupleftover rice
2 slicessalami cut into small slices
1onion chopped
1/2 tspgarlic ginger chopped each
1boiled egg sliced
2black cardamom
3-4cloves(laung)
1 piececinnamon
1tej patta
1carrot sliced
Salt to taste
2 tbspOil

Steps

Heat non stick pan add oil when hot add all dry masalas onion chopped when change the colour add salami pieces and sauté till little brown add ginger garlic, carrot and cook well add salt and garam masala

Add rice in it and sauté sprinkle little water on it cover the lid. Keep on slow heat and sauté till aroma has come

Serve hot and enjoy this with onion curd raita and pickle if u like
