Cook the rice as normal and cool

Grate the coconut and mango and keep aside

Take a kadai and add oil

Add Rai, zeera, curry leaves, chillies both, all the deals and cook. Add ginger and the peanut and cashews

Add grated coconut and mango

Nicely fry the masala

Add the rice and salt. Serve warm or cold.. Tastes yum in any form
