Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupchilled fresh curd
  • 2 cupchilled water
  • 10-12 spoonsugar as per taste
  • 2 tsprose water & 1/2 cup malai
  • 15-20almonds
  • 1crushed cardamom

    Soak almonds over night & in the morning peel them & make a smooth paste of it

  2. 2

    Take the yogurt & sugar in a bowl Beat it well with madhani till the sugar dissolves

  3. 3

    Now add paste of badam, cardamom powder & rose water

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup chilled water

  5. 5

    Again whisk it till becomes frothy

  6. 6

    Pour it to serving glass

  7. 7

    Garnish with little sprinkle of cardamon powder & almonds
