In a kadhai heat ghee. Add besan. Cook on medium flame.

Stir continuously and cook till besan changes it's colour and a nice aroma comes.

Now add cardamom powder. Stir.

Add milk and stir. No lumps should be there. After first boil add sugar and chopped dry fruits.

Boil for 2 min.
