Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupmint leaves
  • 1/2 cupgreen coriander
  • 1 tspcrushed ginger
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 pinchasafoetida (hing)
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • To tasteIf you want strong than increase the black pepper powder
  • 4 tbsplemon juice
  • as neededBoondi to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend mint leaves, coriander and ginger into fine paste

  2. 2

    Take out in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Add 2 full glass of chilled water

  4. 4

    Add all the other ingredients except boondi

  5. 5

    Then strain the mixture in a jar

  6. 6

    Serve chilled and garnish with boond

  7. 7

    Garnishing is optional you can also use lemon slice
