Ingredients

1/2 kgraw mango
250 gmjaggery (Gur)
1/4 tspblack salt
1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds
to tasteSalt
1 cupmint leaves

Peel and boil raw mangoes

When cool mash and strain the pulp
3

Add jaggery and 1 cup water boil it till jaggery melts
4

Add pudina leaves both salt cumin seeds

Put 2 tbsp pulp in a glass
6

Add ice cubes and cold water
7

Stir it
8

Now drink it.
