It is a very easy and healthy syrian recipe for dinner and doesn't take much time. You can eat it with pita bread.

Half Cook the minced meat with half the olive oil and the diced onions and add salt and pepper to taste

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into medium cubes
- 3
Cut the tomatoes, eggplant and zucchini into medium pieces
- 4
Put the veggies, olive oil and meat in an oven pan and cook for 1 hour at 200°C while covering with aluminium foil
- 5
Cook for an hour then remove the foil and cook for another 1/2-1 hour at 200°C or until the water is dried, stir every 1/2 an hour
- 6
Optional:grill it for 5-10 minutes
