Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 250 mlwarm water
  3. 20 gyeast
  4. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1fingertip of sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve yeast, salt, pepper, oil and sugar in a bowl with warm water

  2. 2

    Add flour and knead thoroughly

  3. 3

    Place bowl in a warm place for 30 min

  4. 4

    Place in fridge for 2 days

  5. 5

    After wait, cut into pieces and role to desired thickness

  6. 6

    Now add desired toppings and bake at highest possible temperature. If prepared thin, will take no longer than 10 min

  7. 7

    Normally requires 2 days wait, but can also be eaten after prepared, but not as good
